People can buy literary anything from Amazon (Hartung, 2013). Bezos had a vision that physical stores will one day decline. However, online markets will keep growing with the advancement of technology. To take Amazon in this position Bezos had to lead many staffs who workers under him to fulfill his mission and vision. Thus he is also known as a great manager. There are some points of Bezos management and leadership styles. Firstly, Bezos was very patient with the long-term goals.
