1.0 Introduction
According to Kite (2018), leadership means a person who motivates and encourages a group of people to move forward in any work. Mark Zuckerberg is the CEO of Facebook. He is also a great leader. For his leadership, he is able to succeed in his life and create the biggest social media source in the world. He is a very big example of how a person can be a leader. His statement about his success is that he is very happy because of his leadership and he can maintain his team very well that is why they can achieve many big things, for example, they around the world have pulled together to support people-getting correct information, supporting small business also, they make sure that the essence of communication and technologies of every people’s life. On the other hand, the CEO of Dallas Mavericks is Mark Cuban. He is another great leader who leads his followers and motivates them all the time. He thinks that workers are the key to any business. CEO and workers all are in the same positions in the business. That is why everyone should behave and treat their workers equally in every work. They should be appreciated and paid accurately. In this essay, the topic is about Apple Inc Company and its leadership style.
2.0 Company (Apple Inc) overview
Apple Inc is the second-largest and leading company in the world, which creates and sells many technical products like computer software, mobiles, electronics, and other online services. Also, by revenue and income, Apple Inc is the biggest IT Company in the world. Its worldwide total revenue is $274.5 billion. It is an international company and it is created in the USA, California. Steve Jobs is the establisher of the company with Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne in April 1976. They are world-famous personalities for their biggest creation. It manages approximately 510 retail stores and it has almost 140,000 employees by 2020. More than 1.5 billion Apple products are used worldwide by 2020 (Apple Inc, 2020). It is known as the world’s most valuable brand and it has the highest loyalty brand. Additionally, Apple Company has six buildings which are a total of 850,000 square feet.

3.1 Leadership styles
Leadership style means a method or a process of a particular person who encourages and leads his group or team in any kind of work (Ross, 2017). There are five kinds of leadership styles. These are:
Autocratic Leadership
Autocratic leadership means the process characterized by specific control on every part of the work and some little input from team members. Frinkle (2018) stated that this type of leader is always taking the decision of their own and very rarely take others and followers decisions.
Democratic Leadership
Democratic leadership styles mean a leader takes all kinds of advice from his group members and group members to have more participation in every decision making in work. All the workers or team members are motivated to share their ideas and creativity with their leaders and wait for their leader to say his final say (Frinkle, 2018).
Laissez-faire Leadership
Laissez-faire leadership means some leaders who take all kinds of decisions and give the right to the workers to make their own decisions in any work and also take correct workplace solutions. This leadership is exactly the opposite of autocratic leadership (Jack, 2019).
Transactional Leadership
Transactional leadership is known as one style of leadership because it only concentrates on observation, company organization or activities. It is also an undivided part of the Full Range Leadership Model. This type of leader values their decisions and forms. They mostly believed and depended on self-motivated people.
Transformational Leadership
Transformational leadership means the leader goes forward with his groups and works with his groups to find the required changes and make visions and goals according to his team members (Jack, 2019).
3.2 3.3 Leadership styles practices in Apple Inc
Apple Inc approves various leadership styles which involve autocratic leadership, liaises-faire leadership, charismatic leadership, democratic leadership, transformational leadership, etc. In the case of Apple Inc, a shop director in an average-sized Apple Inc is liable to trade with about 20 people, where the director’s leadership style shows autocratic creating most of the decisions and ideas by him for the company. Besides, in complicated and exigency cases, the manager talks to the sub-ordinate or the workers and provides their thought to make decisions by following the autocratic leadership styles. Basically, Apple Inc managers are not free with their workers that are why they do not share their important information and they cannot let the workers apply their decision. The managers said to their workers just maintain the company laws and methods.
Moreover, every week after, Apple Inc uses surveys on their worker’s viewpoints. In this term, managers have followed a democratic leadership style because they communicate with their workers and let them do and decide their opinions and thoughts in making decisions. According to Pranay (2019), sometimes Apple Inc is followed the liaises-fair leadership style by motivating their workers and encouraging them, also, they call their workers and talk about their performances and correct them in their wrong ways. Besides, the manager of duty and the manager of the departmental store are liable to make their decisions. In addition, sometimes Apple Inc has also followed a transformational leadership style.
