1. Introduction

In this age of globalization, many organizations are nowadays crossing the national boundary and entering the global market (Kotler et al., 2015). Additionally, because of severe competition in the domestic market, marketers are facing challenges to gain improved sales revenue and profit. Thus, they are moving towards international gaining improved sales and profit (Palmer, 2014). This report, first, outlines the advantages and disadvantages of globalization in the way of PRADA moving from the domestic market to the international market. Then, this report conducts an analysis of the environmental factors of business from the perspective of PRADA, the report mainly focuses on PESTLE analysis and Porter’s Five Forces Model. Next, this report critically analyzes the term ‘competitive advantages and the competitive advantages of PRADA related to competitions in the global fashion industry. Finally, the chapter provides recommendations for PRADA on how it can expand its business in the global marketplaces.

2. Globalization: Advantages and Disadvantages

2.1 Advantages of globalization

In the previous ten years, development has to turn into a big sector of the fashion organization.  International traders have captured remark of International buyers decrease figures, fashion, organize what was trading were, as well as extended business in the best trading fields.  Comfort international traders like PRADA, has extended in Asia where they have developed big achievement with Asian Buyers.  Asia has to turn into an objective market for this comfort quality for its fast commercial development.

This could bound developmental explanations. This means that group media can be applied by a handful of associations to pose possibilities in the cultural tradition of both better improved or improving nations. Globalization is a world commercial movement that is here to break. It has benefits or harms, and these things will not depart. People just demand to learn in what way to collect their advantages as well as minimize their possibilities. All countries in the Global North or Global South must employ altogether to expand their advantages (Palmer, 2014).
