Apple first founded by a person named Steve Jobs in 1976. The name of the Chief Executive Officer of Apple is Tim Cook who is very accountable to deal with several departments of Apple such as R&D, retail, accounted and finance, HRM, and sales and marketing. The hierarchical structure is followed by Apple along with both products and function-based grouping. According to Jackson and Robert (2015) notes, Apple is capable to achieve great success by pursuing a hierarchical structure. The hierarchical structure of Apple is very simple.
