1.0 Introduction
Cloud storage and cloud computing are two common terms that are linked with each other. Cloud storage is the place of storing data virtually and the files can be easily retrieved from any device at any time (Ashish, 2017). On the other hand cloud computing can be defined as the process of working on the data that are stored in the cloud storage (Ashish, 2017). In the first section of this paper, the concepts of cloud storage and cloud computing as well as the difference between them are briefly discussed. In the next section, the types of cloud services and their effects on business organizations are explained. In the next section, the difference between privacy and security is discussed. And in the final section, the process of making the cloud private and secure are briefly explained.
2.0 Discuss cloud computing and cloud storage
The terms “cloud storage” and “cloud computing” are sometimes used alternatively. There is a common belief that these two terms are having the same meaning but the belief is not true. Though they have some common factors and sources, they are having different concepts. In this article, the difference between these concepts is focused on (Cloud Carib, 2018).

Cloud Storage
Cloud storage can be defined as storing files in remote servers from which the files can be retrieved on any device at any time. It is a common and essential process of storing data on the internet. Google Drive, DropBox, or iCloud, are having the function similar to the cloud storage. Cloud storage provides the opportunity of uploading data to the cloud-based server by using the Internet (Ashish, 2017). The uploader or anyone who has permission to access the server can easily use the data from different devices. In business sectors, cloud storage is used to store documents and to share them with others. This system helps to preserve the data and provides better opportunities for accessing and sharing the data. It has unlimited storage capacity. It is cheaper and easy to use. It is very secure compare to physical storage. Cloud storage gain popularity rapidly and gradually replacing physical storage systems (Cloud Carib, 2018).
Cloud Computing
Cloud computing is used for working on and completing particular projects. It is linked with cloud storage which provides quick access to the data and before using cloud computing the data should be moved to cloud storage. The moved data can be used for different purposes of the project and can be processed by using different useful materials (Ashish, 2017). At present, cloud computing becomes very popular in the digital and business sectors because of its various advantages. By using it the possibility of gaining better collaboration, transparency, efficiency, and innovation is rising day by day. It is very useful in overcoming the obstacles in communication and it provides a wide range of communication with customers and contractors (Cloud Carib, 2018).
Differences between cloud storage and cloud computing
The processing power of cloud computing is higher than that of cloud storage. The storage space of cloud storage greater than that of cloud computing (Ashish, 2017). Cloud computing is mainly very important in the business sectors and on the other hand, cloud storage can be used for professional and personal purposes (Cloud Carib, 2018)……………
