This paper mainly focuses on two important factors; one is Cloud storage and another is cloud computing. Both factors are interconnected issues in this modern computerized world. The definition of Cloud storage is mentioned in that site in which data can store and retrieve easily (Grance, 2016). The second term ‘cloud computing’ refers to use the of storing data for a specific purpose (Grance, 2016). This paper analyzes these two factors effectively. Firstly; this paper discusses cloud storage and cloud computing with comparisons. Secondly; this paper identifies the cloud services as well as the impact of these services on the functions of the business. Thirdly; this study identifies the key comparisons between privacy and security. Finally; this paper mentions the key considerations for creating clouds as private as well as secure by users.
2.0 Discuss cloud computing and cloud storage
Grace (2016) said that Cloud storage and cloud computing are interconnected issues in this modern computerized world. But the definition features and sources of these two issues are different from each other. The following points discuss cloud storage and cloud computing with comparisons.

The definition of Cloud storage is mentioned in that site in which data can store and retrieve easily (Khalidi, 2014). This storage facility is considered a common method of storing data. In the internet platform, the data can be easily stored and retrieved by using cloud storage. The common platforms of data storage on the internet are including Google Drive, DropBox, or iCloud. The users can get the facility to store their important data to these platforms as cloud storage (Khalidi, 2014). The users firstly get permission to use these cloud services and then they can access and store as well as use the data from these platforms. Cloud storage also affects the business functions positively by ensuring the proper recording and storing of the business data. The business organization also shares the data with the other parties from any remote place in the world by using the internet. The users get unlimited storage facilities in the cloud storage services. This system is also not only cheap but also convenient to use. The security capacity of cloud storage is also good enough (Cloud Carib, 2018).
According to Durkee (2016), Cloud computing’ refers to use the of storing data for a specific purpose It is needed to work and complete a specific project. The use of cloud storage is the first necessary task for accomplishing the task of cloud computing. Firstly; the data is transferred into cloud storage and then moved to another site to do another task of cloud computing (Arinze and Anandarajan, 2015). In this modern computerized world; cloud computing has become the familiar and popular method of computing in the business sectors. Cloud computing eliminates the barriers of communication and ensures a better communication channel inside and outside the business organization. Collaboration work, transparency, and efficiency are also ensured by using a cloud computing system (Cloud Carib, 2018).
Differences between cloud storage and cloud computing
The definition features and sources of these two issues are different from each other. Cloud computing has more power in processing the data but cloud storage has less. Cloud storage has an unlimited capacity for storing data but not cloud computing (Grance, 2016). The usefulness of cloud computing is normally in business fields but and the usefulness of cloud storage is normally in professional as well as personal fields (Arinze and Anandarajan, 2015)……………
