My business idea

The new business plan is created to start a sandwich restaurant with the name of Sandwiches. It will be a new business venture. The vision of this restaurant is to ensure a good brand image in the market of the United Kingdom and its mission is to offer fresh-made sandwiches and freshly made Coffee at a fair price level. The main place of this restaurant is Dallington Park. Firstly, it will start its food services from the one place but it will be expanded several places by the passing of time. It will need £30,000 as a primary fund at which every partner will provide £10,000. The sandwich quality will be more attractive and healthy than the competitors. The target customers will be the male, female and children who love fast foods. The quality of sandwiches will be very healthy, fresh and included vitamins. The materials of sandwiches will be collected from wholesalers and from farm and produced very tasty sandwiches for the consumers. The restaurant will be performed all the operating activities effectively to meet its mission and mission. This business idea will be implemented very carefully to ensure a competitive advantage in the competitive market.

Justification of my business idea

The total value of market capitalization of the restaurant business is £40 billion in the UK (Angelis, 2013). Among these, the sandwich firm is covered £ 8 billion (Cooke, 2017). In the restaurant industry, there are a large number of employees who have worked approximately 8,000,000,000. Among these, more than 300,000 people are working in this sandwich sector (Knight, 2017). The number of consumers is also increasing day by day in the British restaurant business including the sandwich business. Additionally, the sales growth of the sandwich firms is also increasing day by day. The consumers also like fast foods including sandwiches that make this market highly acceptable and demandable market. In addition, the food lovers are highly satisfied with the sandwich firms and they come back again and again to eat sandwiches. Most of the people of the UK are doing jobs in several companies. That’s why; they don’t have enough time to make breakfast or other foods. That’s why they order food from the restaurant. From the previous data, it has been noticed that 54.4% people of UK are fond of sandwiches (Mawson, 2013). For this reason, the new business plan on sandwiches will be a more profitable and demandable business in the perspective of the UK. For this reason, it has justified that the new business plan will be more suitable in this present market condition.

Business models used in my business plan

In the business plan of the sandwich business, a well-decorated business model will be followed to run smoothly the production, distributing and customers services activities. Firstly, the raw materials of sandwiches will be collected from wholesalers and from farms and produced very tasty sandwiches for the consumers. After collecting materials, the materials will be converted into finished foods by applying a systematic production process. After making the sandwiches, proper storage capacity will be developed in the Sandwiches. After storing, the sandwiches will be distributed to several segments and consumers. Firstly, the sandwiches will be sold on the premises of the restaurant to the regular customers. Then, the restaurant also will target the occasional customers, seasonal customers and both Male, female and children consumers. This restaurant will be facilitated for the customers by a home delivery system through using bikes or other vehicles. In addition, the new business will be used other delivery systems on the basis of the situation.

Why do I think my business is going to be suitable?

The restaurant business has continued a high level of growth in recent years. According to Slater (2016), the average shoppers in the UK buy more than 1 sandwich in a week. The average number of customer who buys 55 sandwiches in a year. The top filling for UK consumers is chicken (31%), cheese (13%), ham (11%, and bacon (5%). British people love squarer sandwich bread (57%) than rolls and baps (24%) and wraps (5%) (Cooke, 2017). The average sandwich prices in the UK are £2.07. In addition, the new business on sandwiches will be taken some sustainable actions to make the business suitable to all. Firstly, Grandwiches will be taken initiatives for the Protection of Environment. The initiatives include that Grandwiches will be used the natural resources effectively, managed the waste properly, and taken actions for reducing the greenhouse effect on the environment. After that, this restaurant will also take suitable actions for ensuring the good health of the consumers. Sandwiches will be used better quality materials and better processing units for producing fresh and healthy foods for the consumers to ensure the health of the consumers.

The price of the sandwich will be also reasonable for the consumers. Additionally, this restaurant will be also taken sustainable actions for the welfare of the workers. It will be created a well-developed production system, good working environment and fair wages policy for the workers and staff to ensure their welfare. These activities will help to satisfy all employees of this restaurant that bring sustainable growth of the Sandwiches. Finally, the Grandwiches will be taken some sustainable actions for the welfare of society. Sandwiches will be removed the unemployment problem from society by creating huge job opportunities for the people. Then, the Grandwiches will be improved the quality of life of the people living in the society by offering quality foods and other services to the customers. QSR (2018) stated that these sustainable actions will help to satisfy all parties of this restaurant that bring sustainable growth of the Sandwiches. For this reason, I think this business plan will be more suitable and successful in the business field.
