 1.0Introduce

In the beginning, every big business organizations were small entrepreneurship such as Royal Dutch Shell, HSBC Holdings, McDonald, Amazon, Apple, etc (Fabian, 2019). So the small businesses had been the base of big companies and brands. In the United Kingdom, there is much entrepreneurship which was small in the beginning but eventually became large companies within some years. Jill (2017) stated that, in the United Kingdom, the cost of entrepreneurship is approximate, £7 million. Small business organizations are facing many challenges in their business market. The main challenge they face is that they have very short of resources. This can cause many difficulties in the business market. For a business, customers and market shares are very important (Ruby, 2018). This report is mainly about new entrepreneurship who builds successful organizational plans. This business organization’s name is “Grandwiches”

2.0 Company description

2.1 Business overview

The objective of the selected business project is to start a devoted sandwich & snacks food restaurant. The name of the restaurant has been selected which will be “Grandwiches” and it will be located in the collection areas. There are many reasons for planning to open a restaurant. The main reason is the sandwich is a light snack and people love to eat sandwiches at any time. Besides, one can have it at any time both day and night. The sandwiches are mainly divided into two categories. These are vegetarian and non-vegetarian. This product basically is for the officers and the school students who have their short time to make breakfast. In the restaurant, some other items are also being found such as cold coffees, shakes, cakes, pastries, etc. The products are bound to be fresh and clean. It will also be healthy and reasonable to buy. The restaurant will have a variety of menus like Italian, Chinese, Indian, etc.

2.2 Aims and Objectives

The aim of business means to have the intention of achieving something and objectives in business means a goal or strategies of accomplishing business aim (Andress, 2016). The aim of the Grandwiches is to make the desired profits by rising potential customer base. There are lots of objectives of Granwiches’s restaurant. The main objectives are to keep satisfied the customers and bring them into the restaurant again and again. Also, the restaurant has to be very careful about the customers’ health.

2.3 Mission and vision

Mission defines the business organization’s objectives and its access to reach those objectives. A vision defines the choice of position in the company (John, 2018). The mission of Grandwiches is to reach competitive benefits with its quality and good service and the vision of the restaurant is to be one of the biggest sandwich retailers in the UK.

3.0 Market Analysis

3.1 Market Segmentation

The population is a main part of the business organization (Agnes, 2018). The customer’s purchase motive and food choices in the UK restaurant market be contingent on several sectors. These are social groups and classes, income, education, age, gender, family, etc. (Agnes, 2018)

3.2 Target Market

The selection of the age in the market is between 18 and 30. The reason behind choosing 18-25 ages is because they are very potential of their works (Sami, 2017). The age of 25-30 can be the experienced employees because they have lots experience in a job sector. Also, they can do this work after finishing their jobs.

3.3 Buyer Behavior

In the UK, people are more focusing on healthy foods because of their serious diseases like diabetes, heart attack, heart burning, and food poison. Besides, customers are looking for more organic food than traditional food (Kate, 2018). The British people are more interested to buy quality food, healthy foods, prices of foods, and a good environment (Agnes, 2016).

3.4 Key competitors of

There are several competitors in this sandwich business. They have a great name and fame for their great business methods. The famous sandwich restaurants names are Mcdonalds, Subway, Greggs, Bagel Corner, Baguette Express, Pret A Manger, etc. These restaurants earned reputations for many years. If Grandwiches wants to be successful, then it should compete with these remaining restaurants.

4.0 Industry analysis

4.1 Industry size and structure

In the UK the sandwich industry is predicted to be over £8 billion where the British restaurant is approximately £40 billion (Alle, 2017). These triangle bread pieces have become most of the people’s favorite. British people eat sandwiches of almost 5,000,000,000 per year which is an average of 9,000,000,000 (knight, 2018).

4.2 Industry Structure

In the UK’s restaurant, they are divided into branded, fine, and casual dining and quick services. The British sandwich restaurants are very famous for their quick service. Besides, they enjoy and set the sandwich industry in different channels (Erik, 2017). Many new brands are coming into the UK’s sandwich market and increase the competition. Besides, many biggest brands have many outlets. More than a half of the population in the UK eats sandwiches which makes the sandwich industry’s structure shredded (Agnes, 2018)…………………….
