Idea generation is the method of inventing, manifesting, and informing summary, real or optical ideas. According to Julie (2018), when this thing comes into any organization, generating and inventing new ideas are the best for the employees to reveal new and creative information. Without any idea generation, there are not many new perform, and without any new perform there are no improvements in work.

Idea generation is the function of constructing ideas. Idea generation is an inventive method that a business needs in its market policies and other works for better success. David (2019) stated that, without any new and creative idea, no business can make their organization developed and successful. Even, a business can barely stand in a market for some weeks without creative ideas. Idea generation can make a business more tactical. It can make new plans for the employees, many new concepts in a group discussion, collecting the best ideas. Ideas can be real for example the symbolic idea or cultures, but they can be also unreal which cannot be touched or be seen (Tylor, 2018). If a business faces any kind of big problem, idea generation can be the best solution, maker. Coming up with new ideas and applying the ideas to the problem can really help to grow a business and solve the problems.
