The business firm has used IT tools and technologies to increase productivity, perform departmental and communication activities and customer relationship management (Heidarkhani, 2019). Additionally, information technology helps to manage the searching system, marketing system, HRM, accounting and finance, customer relation, inventory management and distribution management. The IT tools are able to understand the customer’s needs and expectations by which business firms are able to produce and offer the demandable products to the customers. For this reason, IT tools have an important role in the development of all sections of business including the retail industry.
The prime goals of the report include the evaluation of the effects of information technology on the business management of Morrison. This paper is categorized into 2 parts. For example, Amazon designed a website that helps busy consumers to submit an order within a few seconds. It helps to attract a large number of customers.
