Introduction
Human Resource Management (HRM) in a business plays a significant function in present company expression. Taz Store is a small business of entrepreneurship that does not have a particular department of PM or HRM to deal with employing appropriate workers and inspiring them by good procedures of rewards. The manager or owner is the Taz Store’s main leader that achieves the success of the business. The main responsibilities of the manager or owner in Taz Store are selecting or recruiting the appropriate person, building up good relation as well as involving the workers in the business, developing or training the workers, retaining or motivating the workers for many times, giving different types of process of incentives or rewards to develop the motivation of the staff workers, productivity or performance of the business (Churchard, 2015).
Then again, Virgin Group has the department of HR. British Airways employs managers of HR as well as does some functions. The decisions are building up by the Virgin Group’s management in this department. Satisfaction or productivity of the workers is mainly focused on this department. The department of HR of British Airways concentrates on the participation of the workers, culture, productivity, or effectiveness. This department does some strategic tasks where every manager level is engaged (Crush, 2010).
