HRD (Human Resource Development) is an essential method for supporting the workers to develop their abilities, skills, or knowledge in the organization (MSG, 2017). Human Resource Development includes different chances such as career development of the workers, workers’ training, and performance management of the workers, coaching, mentoring, major worker identification, succession planning, development of the organization, and support of the training. This assignment is divided into four main tasks which are briefly explained as follows.
1.1 Compare different learning styles
Learning is an effective method that knowledge has created thru the transformation of the experience (Malamed, 2017). Learning styles are the knowledgeable or proficient methods of acquiring; processing, storing or manipulating information depended on the several theories of learning.

There are different types of learning styles such as Honey and Mumford Learning Style, Kolb’s Experimental Learning Model, etc. which are briefly described as follows:
Kolb’s Learning Styles:

- Diverging learning style:
Kolb’s learning model focuses on the diverging learning style. They do not work instantly but watch or observe first. They are very capable or skillful to do different inventive jobs or works (Business Balls, 2017).

- Assimilating learning style:
People must pursue assimilating learning styles to pursue conceptual or logical knowledge. They highlighted the knowledge conception. They are capable or skillful at different scientific research as well as inventions.
- Converging learning style:
Converging learning style is particular from others. Converging learning style deliberates on the different practical tasks than the abstract people and concept. People who are pursuing this converging learning style are very skillful at resolving practical difficulties (Business Balls, 2017).
- Accommodating learning style:
David Kolb also focuses on the accommodating learning style. It is the most effective learning style of Kolb. - Activists learning style:
The activists require being involved in the new or challenging works, do not like to reveal or impede while the task has finished.
Reflectors learning style:
Secondary and primary data are gathered from several resources by the reflectors as well as reflectors are the very suspicious persons. After that, they evaluate the data from several resources and make assumptions. They pay attention to other people and get concepts or ideas from different people and come to their particular estimation (Shmoop, 2017).
Theorist learning style:
The persons who are probable to create the latest observations, experiments, or theories, like to pursue the theorist learning style. The logical source is the essential technique to solve the problems and it is assumed by the people of the theorist learning style.
Pragmatics learning style:
Pragmatics is able to analyze different latest ideas or theories which do not be present in real-world accomplishments. They concern the different problems or difficulties as various challenges which should be detected and oppressed (Shmoop, 2017).
Several styles of learning are pursued by several kinds of people in the world. All of the styles of learning contain its particular reasoning and it may be applied in its particular ground and accomplish good results.
Similarities and differences between Kolb’s learning styles and Honey and Mumford’ learning styles
The learning styles of David Kolb is analyzed by Honey and Mumford. Though their styles of learning are founded on the work of Kolb, it is a little dissimilar as they presented the Reflector, Activist, pragmatist, and theorist terms. On the other hand, there are some similarities between these two learning styles which can barely recognize any dissimilarity.
