This paper discusses the process of running a business in the UK. It analyses the various classes of business organizations that existed in the UK marketplace. This paper shows various business structures in the UK describing the advantages and disadvantages of this structure. This paper also assesses the market of the UK from the perspective of public and private sectors of business organizations. There are various styles by which the marketer executes their business. After that, the report discusses the local, national, international, global, and environmental impacts on the business of the UK. As there are several significant advantages of keeping accounting, this report evaluates the advantages and benefits of it. All of the effort data used in this paper are from or for McDonald’s plc. I am engaged in a motivational team by McDonald’s Corporation in the UK. The company has invented various formulas to motivate workers. They run approximately 6,900 restaurants worldwide, (McDonald’s, 2018).

Sole Trader
It is an online-based business organization that is led by the marketer personally. Changes, updates, combinations, withdrawal of laws, and innovations, etc are happened on the marketer’s own accord.
Advantage:
- This type of business structures help the marketer to implement their own thoughts and ideas,
- The marketer can run the business from anywhere in the world,
- Individual efforts may be much more than a group of businesses.
Disadvantage:
- Big capital can’t be ensured because of lacking shareholders,
- The marketer has to carry all out liabilities in case of dangers or a big loss.

Partnership
