In an organizational culture an organization’s prospect, knowledge, beliefs and also values dictate members’ performance and are described in the member’s personality, internal works, connections with the exterior world, and outlooks. Culture sharing is stand on thoughts, ideas, background and written and unwritten regulations that enlarge eventually and are measured legitimate (Perry, 2018). Facility to format high-performing cultures increases transparency on the idea, policy, and shared worker presentation and moving in a compliant way with negligible resistance.
This assignment firstly gives the definition of a high-performance culture. And discuss the development process of this culture in organizations. Then several characteristics of this culture have been detailing described. Next, it is an analysis of the impact of performance work culture on the working organization. After that, the methodology of management development programs that have the capability to make better the organizational operation and performance better is described. In conclusion, their impacts on the organizational culture and employees’ development process are expressed.
High-performance work culture can be described as the specific culture that helps to turn any kind of company into high-performance-based and meet their target position and make bigger their business productively (Anderton, 2019).
How to develop a high-performance culture
Focusing on Change: For improving a high-performance culture in a business an organization has to change and modify their business’s strategies, perspectives, and management and operation system based on the modern changing world. These changes are also noticed among the employees and staff that may be very much helpful to reach the goals of contentment.
Cut out the pressure factor: To complete the task suitably the employees need sufficient time and relaxing the mind so it is important to ensure that an organization gives them enough time and do not give any pressure to bet the better outcomes.
Reduce distractions: Employees of the company can be distracted through various activities like much attached to social media, using smartphones, emailing while working that can be one of the causes for poor productivities and services (Anderton, 2019).
Problem Solving: Occasionally organizations can not capably get their achievement because of several difficulties and problems. So high-performance organizations should find the root of the raised problems, then make a useful solution and apply them in proper ways.
Employee satisfaction is the key: High-performance organizations should always gain the satisfaction of their employees by providing better facilities and attractive wages because these make them loyal to the organization and create a desire to give better services to the company (Anderton, 2019).
Employee Centric Work Environment: Suitable diversity and employee-centric environment have a huge influence on the workers to conduct their certain task more attentively and get good potential results that is accommodating for the company to enrich the growth performance.
The team performance would be good or bad that mostly depends on effective leadership. An efficient leader has the ability to inspire their team members to do their job properly, get innovative, hard-working and also trustworthy to responsibilities as well as tasks and company. High-performance work culture in companies makes available high emphasis on finding new experienced and innovated leaders and thrills and motivated their employees through the good approaches and techniques of the leaders (Chand, 2019). A hard-working leader can spread this quality among the employees and staff and get better compensation for the company and also be able to identify the different kinds of problems that organizations faced and make a successful solution.
