There are a number of strategies and criteria to measure the current changes in health and social care services. These strategies are described as follows:
Cost-benefit analysis: As Levin et al. (2017) note, cost-benefit analysis is an important strategy to evaluate the changes in Health and social care sectors especially for LAD recently. This analysis is concerned with the cost of the organization and analysis of the benefit earned by the cost. This analysis also helps to determine the viability of the recent changes in LAD.
Organizational systems of quality assurance: According to Chron (2017), quality assurance indicates the confirmation of the quality of services providing by health care organizations. According to the case scenario, it is shown that LAD has to retain the quality of products and services the same as before with the new changes.
Feedback and comments from users of health and social care: For evaluating the changes in an organization, feedback and comments from users are very much vital factors. Turnock (2015) stated that the case scenario supported that a short part of employees of LAD are satisfied with the change but a huge part of employees of LAD are not supported the changes. Accordingly, some residents demand is that they support the whole activities but other parts of residents are worried about the supported living. Therefore, this should be considered very.
Survey and Interviews: Survey and Interviews are the most vital criteria for determining the changes in LAD in recent. To evaluate the changing method, LAD can arrange an interview with employees and clients and survey the whole project very carefully. Levin et al. (2017) stated that LAPD can measure the acceptability of changing activity and measure the satisfaction level of employees and their users. LAD can also determine the future position due to the change of the organization.

As Aschengra and Seage (2013) note, LAD is able to obtain a good outcome for the organization as well as partnerships. However, it is also reminded that the changing of the structure of the organization, management system and channel of leadership December require huge funds that also have an impact on LAD’s profitability and liquidity. LAD sometimes faces difficulty in its profitability that makes a problem for them.

The staff of the LAD is also affected by the recent change. The changing of the structure of the organization, management system and channel of leadership become one of the important challenges for the staff to adjust with it.
