The aim of this paper is to evaluate the transformational theory. The activities of transformational leadership include creating relationships between the followers to bring about major changes in the businesses. In addition, the transformational leaders disclose themselves as the ideal of the followers to encourages them and make the follower responsible for the organizational changes and goals. The finding of this paper discloses that good leadership can be achieved through the leaders’ activities and qualities. The term leadership means where one person motivates others in a group to follow the same goal.
To be an efficient leader, a manager should encourage the workers in an optimistic way to accomplish the objectives of the company and through transformational leadership; the leadership of the manager can become one of a kind.
