Working for different café shops in management positions has developed my knowledge and understanding of management and leadership practices. Now I am confident to deal with management activities, lead the followers towards organizational goals, and creating a vision for the business.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
The “Problem Solving” module in my present course at the University of Wales has developed my problem-solving skills. In addition, working for several cafés for a long time has developed my decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills
The “Communication Module” in the present course at the University of Wales has developed my communication skills. In addition, now I know how to contact and communicate with the line managers, senior managers, and followers through experiences gained at the previous workplaces.
HOBBIES & INTEREST
I am interested in a variety of activities in my leisure time. Whenever I have enough time, I go for a holiday for a long tip. For example, last summer I visited Australia and stayed over there for two weeks. In addition, I love watching football, and reading the newspaper, and watching TV in my spare time.

Clapham Common Café is looking various skills and experiences for this role including: a) knowledge on maintaining hygiene and food regulations strictly at workplace; b) knowledge on brining innovation in creating new recipes with the chef; c) experiences in training the new staffs about the business operations and activities, and on making standard coffee, and customer services; d) ability to control product quality and maintaining standards and daily consistency; e) knowledge on managing stock, minimizing wastages, and controlling daily inventory; f) ability to deal with key performance indicators (KPI) and financial rations; g) knowledge in creating paperwork, planning for team, and creating structured report on weekly basis; h) ability to deal with marketing and advertising, mainly Social Media advertising; i) skills in inspiring, coaching, and motivating the team to improve productivity and performance, and creating a warm and welcoming environment to ensure excellent customer service, j) ability to deal with food and drink with the highest of standards, and setting up displays of products in details and creative ways. My previous workplace at Café Rosh, Café Zill, and Greggs have developed my knowledge of maintaining hygiene and food regulation, where I had to maintain the health and safety policies, regulations very strictly. In Café Rosh and Café Zill, I worked as a manager, where I had to do critical thinking to bring innovation in product design and launch of new products.
