Johnson (2015) mentioned that the process of communication helps in increasing the mutual understanding between the senders and the receivers. In the case of business communication, the senders are normally the customers and receivers are the selling man. The customers can send a message to the receiver about their demands and problems regarding the services. The receivers are receiving it and providing a better solution to it. In this case, oral communication plays an important role to make effective communication.
