Introduction
In the business efficacious communication and connection needed to be kept with their stakeholders in order to achieve success in the market. This paper explains the communication system in detail. The first section of this paper discusses the communication theories, models and systems utilized in the business. The second section explains the types of communication methods and their significance in the business. The third section discusses the utilization of technologies in the communication process and the challenges of using those technologies. This part of the section also discusses various types of oral communication. Lastly, the paper explains various kinds of written methods of communication in business.

1) Communication models and systems used in businesses (1.1)
Different communication models used in business (1.1)
Over a period of time, many models have been invented and introduced by many experts on communication. Through this model, the business came to know about the mechanism of communication. Businesses came to know about the mechanism of delivering messages, the process of receiving the message by the other party, and finally, the mechanism of interpretation of messages by the receiver.
The basic process of business communication
The basic process of communication is very simple. First, the sender sends the message to the receiver. Then the receiver delivers his thoughts on the message. Thus, both the sender and receiver share their ideas and thought this communication procedure (community learns, 2017). This basic flow of communication in businesses is shown in the diagram below:

Shannon’s Model
Shannon’s model of communication was created by Claude Shannon in 1948. Shannon wrote the article “A Mathematical Theory of Communication” in Bell System Technical Journal with Warren Weaver and introduced there this model. Through this model, the business world has been greatly helped. To understand the mechanism of the communication process very easily this model is the best one to help out (Businesstopia, 2017). The diagram below shows the process of communication and also helps one to determine what could go wrong through this model.

The basic concept of this model is that the message is sent by a person who is using a message transmitting device like a smartphone, mobile, etc. However, the communication process can affect the variation of the sending and receiving process of the signal. Here, the factor that interferes with the communication procedure is called noise. Noise disturbs the signal of the message that has been transmitting. The receiver is defined as the device through which the person gets the message.
Schramm’s Model
Schramm (1954) invented this model to enhance the concept of the communication method. In this model, the role of the sender is an encoder and the role of the receiver is the decoder in terms of exchanging the message (Research Gate, 2017).

Berlo’s Model
The concept of the model of Berlo’s concentrates on the relationship between the sender and receiver of the message. This model refers that, for effective encoding and decoding of the message that has been transmitted the communication skills of the sender and receiver should be good. This model consists of four principal components (Communication theory, 2017).

Like every model, these models have their own benefits and limitations which should be in count of the businesses. For this, before applying these models in their business first they need to acquire proper knowledge on these models and then should imply these in their activities.
Systems used in businesses to communicate stakeholders (1.1)
According to Rothwell (2010), in the business to communicate with the stakeholders there are mainly two ways used by the marketers. They are formal methods of communication and informal method of communication. Both formal and informal methods of communications are outlined as follows……………
