Business needs appropriate communication for having a better output of the organization. Communication is very essential for the organization and communication must occur between customers and the management. There is a positive or negative correlation between customer and management because if a customer gets the point that the manager or worker wants to make them understood then it is positive communication otherwise if the worker failed to do so the customer will lose hope in them and will think about switching.
Every manager in the organization needs to have proper communication skills but the marketing manager must have knowledge about communication with others. The assignment is discussed how a manager manages organizational activities and performs other duties depending on oral or written communication skills and how it effective for the management. Under the assignment, two-part is being described where one part is about different theories and essential related models to communicate through using the skills, and another part is described oral communication and the last one is about written communication skills.

Description of communication models
To communicate with people management needs to use related approaches and models. The mathematician of the USA delivered different kinds of model and along with Shannon who is the electronic engineer and another one is a weaver who is American scientist develop it in the year of 1949. The model of developing communication skills between two persons is a receiver and another one is a sender established by Shannon and weaver. The process is including organizational views and thoughts (Parks, 2017).

Advantages of the Shannon-Weaver Mathematical Model, 1949
Park, 2017 states customers demand and their desire or expectation depends on how they interpret the model properly and effectively. The noise slogan of the model is being discussed in this model.
Disadvantages of the Shannon-Weaver Mathematical Model, 1949
Parks,2017 said that the model has its own limitation and this is being described under the model of Shannon-weaver through using personal conversation along with customers. But the model has its own limitation and that is the model is not perfect to use by the recipient and because of this reason, communication is not possible to do effectively.

Two way of communication is one of the effective communication skills in the business. But in Two ways of communication is one of the effective communication skills in the business. The one-way communication example is promotional works, magazines, websites, and advertisements.
Two-way communications are a very well-known communication process within the business firm and the communication can be formal or it can be informal. Different kinds of meetings, newsletters, poster emails, and conferences are being made exercised by using formal communication. The meeting is such a kind of communication that is being held by the organization when management needs to take important decisions for the organization.
Meeting supports two participants or it can be extended depending on the situation. The success rate of the meeting is depending on the speaker and speech. Speakers can be able to make the presentation or delivered a speech very interesting by using unique kinds of presentation and communication skills. The conference call can be made by the participators at the time of holding the meeting if they are unable to participate in the meeting. A meeting can be done by using the internet and other social media the cost of it becomes cheaper and less because nowadays conference calls are another way to do a meeting. Emails are used for providing necessary information to the company’s shareholders because they need to buy the company’s share. The offers and different limitations are being used by leaflets and posters.
Informal communication is another sources of communication that are used by the organization through using tea or coffee meeting, voice mail, at the bar and different cultural events, etc…………………
