Abstract
This report aims to establish various features as barriers happening to the students at LearnEnglishUK while they are participating in the class lecture of school’s activities. This report discusses several organizational communication theories such as behavioural, transmission, 7 Cs, formal, written styles by which the management communicates and sends information to the employees, students. Then, this paper explains the emotional barriers, technological barriers, language barriers the students face at LearnEnglishUK schools.

1.0 Introduction
The students at school who teach the students from varied cultures and nations feel various barriers while they make communication with their teachers and classmates. The barriers may be from several contexts such as cultural, emotional, language barriers, physical barriers, noise barriers, technological barriers. Technology in the infrastructural construction of their building hinders the concentration of the students in winter and summer at school. They face bitter cold having no insulation system in the school building rooftops. This report will discuss these several barriers and solutions to these effects.

2.1 Some general theories of organisational communication
A formal theory of communication
Formal communication requires the defined structure of transferring news, notices, and message to the receiver within an organizational culture. Formal communication is the official system of transmitting data through a secured medium (Cragan et al., 2019). In this communication system, the information is delivered in a controlled systematic way and the sender analyses the message deliberately and then sends it. Formal communication happens within a hierarchical structure and management maintaining a chain of command. This type of communication may be built through several systems such as Notice Boards, Speeches, Organizational blogs, Emails from managers and leaders Memos, Intranet, Meetings, Conferences, Letters, Presentations etc.
Written Communication theory
Written Communication within a workplace means the sending of commands, direction, applications or requests, orders or messages, instructions in writing using several media like circulars, manuals, letters, reports, office memos, telegrams, bulletins, etc. The written communication is worthier to maintain organizational communication and manage the officers, and employees (PEOPLEGOAL, 2020). The marketers prefer the written communication for business treaties and agreement building are the major communication source of the business.
A behavioural theory of communication
Behavioural communication is the better method in the workplace culture to communicate t-with the various stakeholder like customers, shareholders, investors in a more generous way to attract them to business or specific needs of the products and services they newly penetrate in the marketplace (Crossman, 2020). In this communication, the individual expresses his views and attitudes to others in the gentlest way that logically impresses the listeners. The marketers and performers in the business share their feelings, expectations, thoughts, and needs with the customers and managers with the employees (Varey, 2017). Behavioural communication may be assertive, aggressive, and passive for business promotion and development.
Transmission model
The users apply the transmission model in the business through a one-way and in rectilinear methods to encrypt a message, direction, voice, signs etc. and convey ideas using several networks to recipients such as their stakeholders like customer employee who decodes that information and data. This method helps the marketers to send messages directly and command the subordinates. The managers direct the instructions to be performed by the employees.
7 C’s communication theory
In the process of 7 C’s communication, the business and organization adopt 7 characteristics and components to communicate with their stakeholders and directors. The business owners use the techniques to express their messages by applying 7 ways like clear, concrete, concise, correct, complete, coherent, and courteous.
2.2 Evaluate the barriers of communication at LearnEnglishUK
Language barrier
The students from varied cultures face language barriers in schools, colleges, universities while they communicate with their native English. The students outside the England and USA generally face this barrier while they talk to their teachers and classmates from native English. The students at LearnEnglishUK feels nervous and annoyed with the staff and classmates’ communication (Willkomm, 2020). The staff at LearnEnglishUK speaks only English in the office though there are several nations and language students.
