Introduction
The aim of this report is to explore and analyze different issues related to the business environment based on two particular companies. The selected company in this coursework is Starbucks and Half the Sky Foundation. Starbucks is a business organization that is a profitable organization, and the Half the Sky Foundation is a non-profitable organization.
Starbucks Corporation is an American coffee company and coffeehouse chain. Starbucks was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1971. As of November 2018, it operates 23,768 locations worldwide. Starbucks is considered the main representative of “second wave coffee”, initially distinguishing itself from other coffee-serving venues in the US by taste, quality, and customer experience while popularizing darkly roasted coffee.  Since the 2000s, third wave coffee makers have targeted quality-minded coffee drinkers with hand-made coffee based on lighter roasts, while Starbucks nowadays uses automated espresso machines for efficiency and safety reasons (Starbucks, 2018).
Half the Sky has worked since 1998 in China to make sure that every child knows her life matters to someone. In partnership with the government and with the support of international organizations and Chinese philanthropists, Half the Sky is changing the face of orphan care in China (Half the Sky Foundation, 2018).

Starbucks
Their aim is to be the most successful multi-channel coffee retailer in the world. Their objective is to reach the local customer by their like-to-like sale service where they give the best buying opportunity to the customer. The purpose of Starbucks is to run the company for a longer period by improving its condition. IT is because they don’t produce or made any kind of thing they sell. They are simply collecting it from them and selling it in their store. Starbucks is quite successful in the world. They try to reach the local area that others are not choosing. They are very much popular in the UK and other countries through their service and their reaching capabilities. Starbucks ‘ main purpose is to create a position for them so that they can stay in the market for a longer period of time and they are successfully doing this since 1884.
Now they are the most well-known multi-channel retailer in the world. Starbucks is a public limited company their market shares are found in many stock exchanges of the world. They are growing bigger day by day and now they have a very strong position and reputation in the business world. This business is not made as like as we see today in the very beginning it uses to be a partnership company. Now the business becomes multinational corporations through their activity and their effort. Starbucks is operating in both domestic (UK) and international markets including the EU and the Middle East. Starbucks is a profit-based manufacturing company (Secondary). Starbucks is a pure example of the (primary) company also as the company collects materials from the extractors and produce the items. Such as its designs dresses the clothes for which are collected from other sources. As it sells its products in retail shops of its own it’s a (tertiary) company also (Starbucks.com, 2018).
Half the Sky Foundation
Half the Sky Foundation’s main aim is to give the service to make sure that every child knows her life matters to someone in China. Their purpose is to stay in society and help disadvantaged children in China.  The purpose of Half the Sky Foundation is to make sure that every child knows her life matters to someone in China. Half the Sky Foundation is a charity organization and non-profit organization. In partnership with the government and with the support of international organizations and Chinese philanthropists, Half the Sky is changing the face of orphan care in China. As a service provider, the company is in the tertiary industry. Half the Sky Foundation is now one of the most well-known charities in China. Half the Sky Foundation is not in the business sector they are nothing but a charitable sector where they meet the cost through many activities (Half the Sky Foundation, 2018).

Stakeholders of Starbucks
Starbucks’s main aim is to care about doing the right thing. The passion for their stakeholders runs across the business and offers them a great advantage. Their stakeholders are the customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and the local government. Stakeholders are the parties who have an interest in the firm and they influence and are influenced by the activity of the firm including, Directors; Employees; Customers; Suppliers; and Shareholders……………..
