Abstract
Organizational communication is very important for the students who are from varied cultures to study in the abroad country. There are several issues the students face in the new schools or university like they introduce to newer friends and staffs therein. They find emotional and other problems while making relations with the native students. This report aims to demonstrate the various communication theories like Behavioral theory, Transactional model, Transmission model etc. for the LearnEnglishUK perspectives. The LearnEnglishUK operate two schools in London and Manchester where therein thousand students come from varied cultures and countries.

1.0 Introduction
Organizational communication learning and practicing by the students from their very beginning studies play vitally important roles in the higher education level and career development. But the students at their schools face several types of barriers to communication like language barriers, emotional barriers, technological barriers etc. This report discusses the various types and theories of communication that defines the communication process within an organization. Secondly, the report mentions the external factors that directly or indirectly affect organizational communication. Thirdly, this report summarizes the recommendations for the LearnEnglishUK school on how they can overcome the communication barriers at their schools.
2.0 Analysis and discussion
2.1 Theories of communication
Communication types
According to Shandorf (2019), mainly communication is classified as verbal/oral communication or non-verbal communication. Verbal/oral communication means face-to-face communication or verbal communication through virtual devices like smartphones, audio conferencing devices like Skype and Zoom. Non-verbal communication can be posture, eye contact, facial expressions, hand movements, body language, and touch etc. Besides, written communication, listening, visual communication can be popular types of communication.
Communication models/theories
Behavioral theory: this popular theory is provided by a psychiatrist called Dr Jurgen Ruesch. This theory is connected to the social aspects of people engagements. The social aspects include the behaviour, customs, norms which are predefined by the scholar and socialist within a certain area and culture. The behavioural communication method discusses the beliefs, trust, attitudes of the people as their expected amounts. Social norms vary from society to society.
Transmission model: This model acts on the basis of sender and receiver through a medium or channel (Mayfield, 2020). This system is one way which is a linear process and a sender encodes as well as transmits data and the receiver decodes the message. This type of communication describes a process of communication in which communicators produce social realities within relational, social, and cultural contexts and both accounts for how communication concepts their relationships, realities, and communities.

Transactional model: As both sender and receiver in the transactional communication theory are necessary to maintain the communication alive, the communicators are interdependent to each other in this process of transaction senses. The model is generally used for interpersonal communication which is also known as the circular model of communication.
Factors affecting business communication
The external factors that affect organizational communication can be summarized as physical, psychological, social, relational cultural etc. The physical factor is the distance between the communicators. Mental states like happiness, sadness, depression etc. control the communication process (Williams, 2020). Social customs and norms that existed in the definite location control the communication process as they wish to have their expected behaviours from the strangers otherwise blamed. Code of conduct within a school, office or interview is also a social factor that defines the communication process. Relation with the other communicator defines the amount of courtesy of behaviour within a society or culture. Where there is language in one culture may be a rebuke to others in another culture.
2.2 Communication barriers at LearnEnglishUK
The authority of the LearnEnglishUK School identified their students not to return to the school and complaining against their services and show issues as barriers to continue with their teaching approaches. The basic barriers are by the students: language barriers, cultural barriers, technological barriers, lacks experience, and emotional barriers for the students etc. (Lee, 2020).
Language barriers: Language barriers are seen acute in their schools as there are over 1000 international students from various countries and varied cultures with different norms custom patterns. The student face problem being an abroad student while communicating with the staff and with the teacher as all they speak in English.
