Verbal information is when planned and delivered properly, an effective and highly adaptable method for successful communication. Verbal information is important because they give the presenter the opportunity of showing their understanding or opinion on a particular topic to other people. More precisely, ‘verbal information is a good way and potentially effective method for some people gathered to understand the business’ (Min Li, 2016). The purpose of effective communication is ‘conveying a message to other people clearly and unambiguously and receives information from others without distortion’ (Mindtool, 2016). In order to achieve this goal, it is important to avoid problems at any level of the communication process. This is why careful planning is really important before delivering a presentation.
