The report consists of the basis of the HR director’s thoughts and ideas of the hotel and restaurant association in London. She claims several communication problems are faced during a few years of the hotel staff in the business. She is supposed to add some extraordinary principles and policies by the business to promote communication skills in the workplace. Sports Love, London based sports and leisure business, faces communication problems in recent years. They executed various surveys and experiments to find out the real causes behind these falls by their services at different levels in a business. For this, the companies ran some projects to collect the customers’ opinions and recommendations on how services they want from the staff. The HR department in an organization should be well developed by strict laws and regulations so that they may ensure better communications by their staff at all levels.
This report aims to discover the reasons lagging behind the progress of the staffs’ communication at different levels in a business. The report also discusses the needs of the companies to promote communication skills development within a business environment. The companies can arrange some skills development programs like Language development courses especially for English language development courses, listening development and speaking skills development events are to be offered by the companies.
