Abstract
Communication in every sphere of life plays an important role in building and developing relations. Organizational communication helps the authority to evaluate the consumer’s needs and concerns about the services or products. Business communication plays an important role in exchanging information by the marketers to promote an organization’s goals, aims, and activities, objectives, and to increase profits within the business. This report aims to demonstrate various aspects happening to the students at LearnEnglishUK while they are taking part in the class lecture on university activities.

Introduction
Business communications refer to the process of sharing information of employees with the management and the company (Crossman, 2020). Effective business communication works on how management and employees interact with each other to reach organizational goals. The LearnEnglishUK can evaluate its strategies and programs for the better establishment of business communication with its clients. This report discusses several theories related to organizational communication and the implementation of the aforementioned institute program arrangement. Then, the report does an evaluation in a significant way that how several barriers affect the communication at LearnEnglishUK. Thirdly, the report puts some recommendations for a better student-oriented environment on campus.

2.1 Some general theories of organizational communication
Behavioral theory
Communicative behaviors mean psychological construct which impacts individual differences while expressing and sharing feelings, thoughts, and needs as a supernumerary for more open and direct communication. Precisely, behavioral communication refers to an individual’s tendency to share needs, feelings, and thoughts by applying various ways of indirect messages and behavioral impressions (SMARP, 2020). Communication through behavioral impressions can be aggressive, assertive, passive, passive-aggressive etc. can impact largely customer satisfaction, inclination, and loyalty. This type of communication can attract clients generously and dynamic way. Thus, the leaders benefit the business by connecting more and more customers for the business.
Transmission model
The transmission model of communication used by the organization describes the communication process like a one-way and in a linear way while the marketer as well as a sender encrypts a message, voice, direction, signs etc. and transmits through a network to a receiver such as their employee or customer who decodes that message (GOODWIN COLLEGE, 2020). The transmission of the message may be interrupted by semantic noise, poor signals, or environmental factors. The organization more often uses this approach of communication to contact subordinates and loyal customers. The board meeting information can be performed and manipulated through this way of communication.
Oral/ Verbal Communication
Verbal communication happens when the marketer or individuals are involved in speaking or expressing senses with others. This type of communication can be held face-to-face, via Skype or Zoom, over the telephone, etc. media (Shandorf, 2010). Some verbal engagements are informal during chatting with someone like a friend over coffee, lunch hour, or in the workplace kitchen, on the other hand, this may be formal during a scheduled meeting. The manager’s direct employees or the officers command the followers verbally rather than written statements.
