Equality and diversity are very important for an organization: a) effective employment of equality and diversity in every the work sector makes sure that learners or staffs are motivated or treated equally and b) it is essential for covering the service or practice of employment as well as eliminate different discriminations (Petty, 2017). So, equality and diversity becomes a significant issue in our everyday life and also for organizations and society.
1.1 Define the meanings of equality and diversity in the UK context
In the UK, “equality” and “diversity” are the essential words that are applied to describe human rights, diversity as well as equality to value the society and its people. Fifthly, it gives access to the learners to get the information that is given by the trainers of their school.
