Ethical behavior has a positive impact but unethical conduct has several negative impacts on every aspect of the business firm. This report will be prepared on the basis of analyzing the present condition of Boeing travel due to its recent unethical conduct. Firstly, this report will be analyzed the impact of unethical behavior on Boeing’s reputation.
In addition; this report will be analyzed the effect of unethical behavior on public confidence, Boeing’s share prices and the tourism industry. This report also will be given recommendations to the tourism industry especially to Boeing travel for maintaining ethical practices in the workplace and increasing the reputation, public confidence, share prices and sustainable growth of the tourism industry.

According to John Burden (2018), Ethics indicates a moral factor and the code of conduct followed by a person or a group of people. It is also indicated that the philosophical concept about the good and bad. Neil (2017) noted that every person has to follow ethics to be a good human being. According to Wheeller (2011), business firms need to follow business ethics to satisfy all stakeholders of the business effectively and efficiently.
In this report, it has been noticed that Boeing Travel In October 2018, 189 people were killed in a Boeing 737 Max Lion Air flight in Indonesia and 157 people lost their lives outside Addis Ababa in 2019 (Boeing, 2020). These accidents were happened due to software flaws and sensors including the Manoeuvring Characteristics Augmentation System (MCAS). This aircraft has a strong brand image in the market and the selling amount is very high (Boeing, 2020). However; this airline is influenced by Southwest Airlines, Air Canada and American Airlines.
This also affects the travel as well as the tourism industry that increases the anxiety about travel. National Safety Council revealed that the aircraft crash can occur in 1 time in 188,363 but people are feeling afraid. The feelings of the passengers in social media also affect the aircraft and tourism business. The main aim of this report is to find the area of organizations in which they involve in unethical behavior in Boeing Travel. In addition, this report analyses the impact of unethical behavior on Boeing’s reputation, public confidence, and Boeing’s share prices and the tourism industry.
According to Andy Peloquin (2015), unethical behavior indicates an attitude or effort that is not termed as morally right for a person, a profession or an industry. Steven Mintz (2016) stated that unethical behavior includes misusing company time, abusive behavior, employee theft, violating company policies, poor quality services with the high rate, environmental pollution etc. The main aim of this report is to find the area of organizations including Boeing Travel in which they involve in unethical behavior. Therefore; it is very important for a travel agency to retain its reputation, brand image and customers’ trust by offering ethical behavior. But if Boeing travel can’t maintain ethical practices, it brings several negative impacts on its reputation. Firstly, the customers are not choosing Boeing travel for their traveling and they are sharing bad experiences with other potential customers (Martin Peterson, 2018).
Secondly, the unethical practice hampers the staffs’ satisfaction that ultimately damages the reputation also. Thirdly, the brand image in the market is reduced due to the unethical behavior of Boeing travel.
