1.0 Introduction
The aim of this report is to conduct a study on entrepreneurship styles of a widely recognized entrepreneur and the motivation behind the success. This report is divided into two parts. In the first section, the bibliography and venture of a successful entrepreneur, named Dr. Muhammad Yunus, is discussed. This section also analyzes how Dr. Muhammad Yunus was motivated towards his entrepreneurship and how he has trialed successful entrepreneurship practices. The second part of this report produces entrepreneurship styles practiced by Dr. Muhammad Yunus. This section also discusses social entrepreneurship practiced by Dr. Yunus applying several theories and examples.
1.1 Who is Dr. Muhammad Yunus
Dr. Muhammad Yunus is a successful banker and economist who is the founder of Grameen Bank in Bangladesh in 1983. For creating major social and economic development Dr. Yunus and his Grameen Bank received Nobel Peace Prize in 2006. Dr. Yunus conducted an effective study on finance and credit and introduced the micro-credit concept in Bangladesh, which has supported millions of poor people by qualifying for bank loans and giving them opportunities to overcome poverty (Biography Online, 2013). The main aim of the establishment of Grameen Bank was to support poor people and overcome poverty. The concept of Dr. Yunus and Grameen Bank is now followed by more than 100 countries as a model. 1.2 Family background of Dr. Yunus

Dr. Muhammad Yunus was born in a small village, named Bathua of Chittagong region on 28 June 1940. Later in 1944, his family moved to the sea-fort city, Chittagong of Bangladesh. His father’s name is Hazi Dula Mia Shoudagor who was a successful goldsmith. His mother’s name is Sufia Khatun who was a housewife and kind woman and loved to help the poor. Dr. Yunus had 14 siblings, where five siblings died in infancy.
Dr. Yunus is the third of his siblings (Biography Online, 2013). Dr. Yunus first time married in 1970 to a Russian girl and student of literature, named Vera Poroshenko. He has one daughter from Vera Forostenko but after having the birth of the daughter Dr. Yunus divorced Vera Poroshenko. Later, Dr. Yunus got married to a Bangladeshi woman and physics professor, named Afrozi Yunus, who is currently living with Dr. Yunus. Dr. Yunus and Afrozi Yunus have one daughter (Yunus Biography, 2012).
1.3 Education background of Dr. Yunus
Dr. Muhammad Yunus was naturally talented, creative and innovative from his childhood. Dr. Muhammad Yunus first attended at a village primary school where he was born. Later, he shifted to Lamabazar Primary School, a famous primary school in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Then, successfully completed this matriculation examination from a renounced school, named Chittagong Collegiate School. He actively joined in Boy Scout during this school period and visited India and Pakistan in 152, Canada and the US and Europe in 1955, Japan and the Philippine in 1959.
